Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Auryvo.

What Auryvo provides

Auryvo is an AI-powered coaching and conversation-practice tool. It can help you describe a conversation, rehearse with a simulated counterpart, request coaching, review feedback, save a recap, and preserve selected coach-memory items.

Auryvo is a practice aid. It does not guarantee any communication, relationship, career, employment, health, legal, financial, or personal outcome. A simulated counterpart cannot predict what a real person will think, say, or do.

Not professional or emergency support

Auryvo is not therapy, medical care, mental-health treatment, crisis counseling, emergency support, legal advice, or financial advice. It does not diagnose or treat any condition.

Contact a qualified professional when appropriate. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger or experiencing an emergency, stop using Auryvo and contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.

Accounts and your content

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify Auryvo if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to misuse your account.

You keep any ownership rights you have in the practice details, messages, recaps, and coach-memory items you submit. You give Auryvo a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, transmit, format, and process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and support the service; comply with law; and enforce these Terms.

Only submit content you have the right to use. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, or other credentials in a rehearsal.

Acceptable use

You may not use Auryvo to:

• Break the law, infringe rights, or encourage illegal conduct.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate against, exploit, deceive, coerce, or harm another person.
• Impersonate someone or falsely represent another person’s private thoughts, identity, or authority.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to Auryvo or another account.
• Reverse engineer or circumvent technical protections except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use AI output as a substitute for emergency, medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional services.

AI limitations

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, unexpected, or unsuitable. Review it and use your own judgment before relying on it or using it in a real conversation. Auryvo does not promise that coaching will be correct, improve performance, or produce a particular result.

Subscriptions

Auryvo may offer monthly and annual Auryvo Plus subscriptions through Apple’s App Store. Apple shows the available plan, price, currency, taxes, and any trial terms before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when Apple confirms the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and Apple may charge renewal within that 24-hour period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Deleting Auryvo or an Auryvo account does not cancel the subscription.
• Use Restore Purchases if an active subscription is not recognized.
• Apple controls App Store billing, payment methods, and refund decisions, subject to applicable law.

Auryvo ownership

Auryvo’s software, interface, design, branding, text, prompts, graphics, and other materials are owned by Auryvo LLC or licensed to Auryvo and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, you may use the app for your own lawful, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control.

Availability, suspension, and termination

Auryvo may change, update, limit, interrupt, or discontinue the service. Features may depend on Apple, Supabase, OpenAI, internet access, and other services outside Auryvo’s control. Continuous, secure, or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Auryvo may suspend or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms, create risk or harm, fail to pay applicable charges, misuse the service, or if suspension is reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or Auryvo.

You may stop using Auryvo or delete your account at any time. Account deletion and Apple subscription cancellation are separate actions.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auryvo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auryvo LLC and Auryvo’s service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, opportunities, goodwill, use, or data arising from the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auryvo LLC’s total liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Auryvo during the 12 months before the claim or US $100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by Illinois law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer-protection laws where you live may still apply.

Auryvo may update these Terms as the service, law, or business practices change. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the service.

General terms and contact

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law—will survive.
