Auryvo support
For account, billing, privacy, or technical help, email Auryvo Support. Do not include your password, sign-in link, Apple transaction data, or private rehearsal text.
Email is the support channel for Auryvo. No response time is promised.
Common questions
Auryvo is coming soon to the App Store. These steps reflect the current app implementation.
Monthly and annual Auryvo Plus subscriptions are billed by Apple. View or cancel a plan in Apple’s subscription settings. Deleting the app or your Auryvo account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription.
Sign in to the Auryvo account used for the subscription and the Apple Account used to purchase it. Open Auryvo Plus, then choose Restore Purchases. If access is still missing, email support without attaching transaction credentials.
Auryvo asks for notification permission only when you schedule a follow-up. Change permission in iPhone Settings → Notifications → Auryvo. Reminder text is designed to be generic and not include rehearsal details.
Use the more-options menu beside a saved practice and choose Delete. In Coach Memory, use Remove for an item you no longer want used. Read the Privacy Policy for retention information.
Sign in, open Account settings from Home, choose Delete account, and confirm the deletion. If you cannot access the app or need help, email hello@getauryvo.com from your account email. See the Delete Account page for full details.

Auryvo does not provide therapy, medical care, mental-health treatment, crisis counseling, or emergency support. Support email is not monitored as an emergency channel.
