Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account information: email address, account identifier, account status, optional preferred name, onboarding status, and authentication information handled through Supabase.
• Practice and coaching content: the conversation you want to rehearse, the counterpart’s role, your goal or concern, rehearsal messages, AI responses, feedback, saved recaps, and phrases you choose to keep.
• Coach memory: optional goals, preferences, recurring challenges, or strategies that you choose to save for future practices.
• Usage and technical information: service events, AI request and response identifiers, model and token usage, error codes, and security or operational logs. Dedicated usage records are not designed to store raw prompt text.
• Subscription information: Apple product and transaction identifiers, subscription status, expiration, and revocation information. Auryvo does not receive your full payment-card or bank-account number.
• Notification and device information: reminder time and status, related practice identifier, delivery information, and an Apple Push Notification service token when remote notifications are enabled.
• Support communications: your email address and anything you choose to include when contacting support.

Auryvo does not request your contacts, precise location, photos, microphone recordings, advertising identifier, browsing history, or search history. The website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, cookies, a waitlist, or a contact form.

How we use information

• Create, authenticate, secure, and recover accounts.
• Provide, save, synchronize, and personalize conversation practices.
• Generate AI roleplay, coaching, feedback, and recaps.
• Apply coach memory and relevant saved-practice context that you have chosen to keep.
• Manage usage limits, subscriptions, purchase restoration, and requested notifications.
• Troubleshoot, protect, and improve the service; respond to support and privacy requests; and comply with law.

AI processing

Auryvo sends practice content to OpenAI to generate roleplay, coaching, and qualitative feedback. Depending on the feature, this may include your practice setup, current and recent messages, optional preferred name, relevant coach-memory items, and limited context from related saved practices. Auryvo limits the information sent to what is needed for the requested feature.

Auryvo sends OpenAI Responses API requests with store set to false. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models unless the account holder opts in and that default abuse-monitoring logs may retain prompts and responses for up to 30 days unless longer retention is legally required.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review it carefully and use your own judgment.

Service providers and disclosures

• Supabase provides authentication, database storage, server functions, scheduled jobs, and related infrastructure.
• OpenAI processes submitted practice content to provide AI-generated roleplay, coaching, and feedback.
• Apple provides App Store distribution, StoreKit billing and restoration, operating-system services, and push notifications where used.
• A support email provider processes messages sent to the published support address.
• Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the service, resolve disputes, or complete a lawful business transfer.

Auryvo does not sell personal information, use it for third-party advertising, or track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Storage, retention, and deletion

Account and saved-practice information is stored through Supabase. Limited guest and in-progress practice information may be stored on your device, and authentication sessions are stored in the iOS Keychain.

Deleting a saved practice removes it from the active experience and schedules it for permanent deletion after at least 30 days. Related messages, feedback, usage records, and follow-ups are configured to be deleted with the practice.

Other account, support, usage, subscription, notification, device, and backup records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide and protect the service, comply with law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and maintain appropriate transaction records.

You may request account deletion through the in-app Delete Account control. If you need help, contact the email listed below. Auryvo may verify your identity before completing the request. Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, backup, or transaction-record purposes.

Deleting an Auryvo account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.

Your choices and privacy rights

You may delete saved practices and coach-memory items where the app provides those controls, manage notifications in the app or iOS Settings, and request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, appeal a decision, or complain to a privacy authority.

To make a privacy request, contact the email listed below. Auryvo may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority.

Security and international processing

Auryvo uses account-based access controls, owner-scoped database records, protected local storage, Keychain storage for sessions, encrypted network connections, and server-side storage for sensitive service credentials. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Auryvo is operated from the United States. Supabase, OpenAI, Apple, and the support email provider may process information in the United States and other countries where they or their service providers operate.

Adults only

Auryvo is intended only for adults age 18 or older. If you believe someone under 18 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.

Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy as Auryvo, our practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law.
