Delete your account in Auryvo

1. Sign in to your Auryvo account.
2. From Home, open Account settings using the account icon in the upper-right corner.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Review the warning, then choose Delete Account to confirm.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If the request succeeds, Auryvo signs you out, clears applicable local Auryvo data, and returns the app to its starting state. If the request fails, the app displays an error so you can try again or contact support.

What account deletion removes

The authenticated deletion process deletes the Auryvo authentication user. Account-linked database records are configured to delete with that user, including profile information, entitlements, saved practices and their related messages and feedback, free-practice consumption records, coach-memory items, AI usage records, assessments, follow-ups, and push-notification device records.

The app also clears its local authentication session, guest data, current practice state, saved history state, coach-memory state, and notification registration where available.

Delete an individual saved practice

1. Open Auryvo and go to Home.
2. Find the item under Past practices.
3. Open the more-options menu beside that practice.
4. Choose Delete.

The practice is removed from the active experience and scheduled for permanent deletion after at least 30 days. Related messages, feedback, usage records, and follow-ups are configured to be deleted with the practice.

Remove a coach-memory item

1. Open Auryvo and go to Home.
2. Open Coach memory.
3. Find the remembered item and choose Remove.

The item will no longer be returned as active coach memory.

Information that may remain

Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, backup, or transaction-record purposes. Support emails, Apple records, and provider backup copies are not controlled by the in-app database cascade and may be retained under the applicable provider’s practices or legal obligations.

Deleting Auryvo does not cancel Apple billing

Account deletion and Apple subscription cancellation are separate. To avoid future renewal charges, manage or cancel Auryvo Plus in Apple’s subscription settings.

Get help with deletion

If you cannot access the app or need help, email hello@getauryvo.com from the email address associated with your account. State that you want your Auryvo account deleted.

Auryvo may need to verify that you control the account before acting. Do not send your password, verification link, Apple transaction data, or private rehearsal text.
